Kerri L. Davis is the Founder/Agency Director for KeLaChe' Modeling & Talent Development Agency. Bringing all of her talents to this organization, Ms. Davis has had a passion for the industry for well over 30 years. Ms Davis decided to invest in the training and studied her craft elevating her dreams to professional quality in 2012.

Ms. Davis has also graced magazine pages as a featured model with publications such as My Belleza Inc., Pose Magazine (online), Queen Size Magazine, Curvy Connect Magazine, Inspire Magazine and Love Life Now.

As a Pageant Queen, Ms. Davis served with the dual titles of Ms. Madison County Plus America, and Ms. Nevada Plus America in the Miss Plus America Pageant system. Her success in both modeling and pagentry placed her in the position to be sought out as a subject matter expert - panelist/judge for various castings and pageant events. Finally understanding that the knowledge she acquired in both the modeling and pageant worlds had given her tools of success to be used in every day matters; Ms. Davis began to translate her skills, network (designers, photographers, retailers, fashion industry experts), and gift of teaching others into this agency platform. Armed with over 25 years of human resources experience, a Bachelor degree in Marketing from Alabama A&M University, the desire to empower, and encourage others with the hope of overcoming their own challenges to success in the industry, Ms. Davis ventured into producing fashion events and now launching her own agency.
Monique C. Gaines is the Assistant Agency Director of KeLaChe' Modeling & Talent Development Agency. As a petite plus-size model that is no stranger to the runway, print or lifestyle modeling and representing for all women that find themselves as an “in between size”; Ms. Gaines advocates that one size does not fit all, but ALL SIZES fit in fashion!
Born and raised in Huntsville, AL., Ms Gaines' modeling career began in 2015. She has since carried the title of Brand Ambassador, and the "Tweenie Queenie". She was most notably recognized by Supermodel Cynthia Bailey, New York & Co, and Gabrielle Union, for replicating an advertisement campaign on social media. With hopes of inspiring all people to fall in love with themselves, Ms. Gaines uses her vision and voice as a social media influencer, keeping everyone in the know of all things fabulous and fashionable, on and off the runway. As a result it has become her true mission to make it known that sizes and heights are only numbers. But fashion truly is universal! With a fun loving and out spoken personality, Ms. Gaines has become a widely sought after event host in the fashion/entertainment industry.
Having worked with several of the industry's famous faces, Ms. Gaines incorporated knowledge from her interactions and work with Alabama Fashion Alliance (AFA), Alabama Black Expo, Mychael Knight of "Project Runway", Full Figured Fierce (Plus Empowerment Organization), Walk Like HER (Model and Confidence Class taught by Dionne Reeves-Grubbs) and Life of a Working Model Bootcamp (taught by Liris Crosse), Rick D. Jones (whose work has been published in "VOGUE" magazine) and Charles Beason (whose work is very unique and can be seen in various publications). She is also the third member of Let Me Tell You Something podcast. All of these attributes and experiences makes Ms. Gaines the perfect addition to the KeLaChe' brand.
Keyia Bre is the Lead Model/Talent Scout and Assistant Bookeeper for KeLaChe' Modeling and Talent Development Agency. A graduate from the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Ms. Keyia Bre has 5 years of hands on bookkeeping experience with a private transportation company, and 3 years of banking experience.

As a curvy/plus model in the fashion industry, Ms. Keyia Bre has been cast in several runway shows, music videos, and branding photo sessions. With her experience in the industry, knowledge and skilled track record in the area of finance; Keyia Bre is a vital asset to the foundation of this agency.
Bessie A. Gibbs is the Administrator/Office Coordinator for KeLaChe' Modeling & Talent Development Agency. As a retiree from the prestigious HBCU - Alabama Agricultural & Mechanical University, Mrs. Gibbs brings well over 40 yrs of Administrative experience and knowledge to the agency.

Born in Verbena (Chilton County), AL. Mrs. Gibbs was raised and received all of her early education in Birmingham, AL. With secondary educational pursuits at Miles College (Birmingham, AL), University of Maryland Eastern Shore (Cambridge, MD), and Bergen Community College (NJ) where she received an Associates's degree, while working full-time with a pharmaceutical company in Ardsley, NY; Mrs. Gibbs was resilient in adversity and persisted in her goal to attain a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Her persistence paid off, and her degree was completed at Alabama A&M University in May of 1995.

Tenacity and diligence are what make Mrs. Gibbs the ideal Administrator for KeLaChe', and was an easy selection with the amount of experience she has, having worked in a busy office setting for many years. Mrs. Gibbs believes in using every opportunity and interaction with people to be pleasant while adding a bit of joy to their lives. Her mantra of giving a cheerful greeting and leaving each contact with a warm feeling, is a strength this Administrator/Office Coordinator has mastered and executes organically.
